Join us for Art Camp at the Powerhouse:
Students and Adults have the opportunity to explore various visual art programs this summer through the Arts Council’s summer art camp. Students will work with local artists, professional instructors and teachers. These camps provide a space to learn and explore anyone’s creative techniques.

Pastels of People, Pets & Wild Animals

Sunday, June 13th, 2010 the Summer Sunset Series is continuing their concert series with the Blackbird Hour. Each concert will be performed at the Grove and will start at 7:00pm. The performances are FREE and OPEN to the Public.

Oxford Park Commission presents "Movies in the Parks"
On select nights in June and July, OPC will set up our huge inflatable movie screen in various parks and take in a family-friendly movie. Here's the best part - IT'S FREE! So bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and movie pals and enjoy a fun filled night with OPC! All movies start at dusk.
Come early and enjoy music from local music acts. 2010 movie schedule includes:
June 18 at Avent Park- "The Goonies"
July 16 at Bailey Branch Park at FNC-"Kung Fu Panda"
July 30 at FNC Sports complex-"Field of Dreams"

On Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 7:00-10:00pm it’s Time to Dance! Located at the Johnson Commons Ballroom of the Ole Miss Campus, Group Dancing Lessons are being offered. It will be casual, open dancing, and a variety of music styles to fit anyone’s fancy. Everyone is welcome AND even if you don’t dance you can still go and enjoy yourself while learning!
Admission: $8 (members); $12 (non-members)
Student admission: $5 (members); $9 (non-members)
Yearly membership dues: $25
Student yearly membership dues: $15
You may join at the door, if you wish and save on admission to club events!
You do not need to be a member to attend.
