The Oxford Park Commission has purchased an inflatable outdoor screen and will be hosting family-friendly films on four Fridays throughout the summer.

Festival co-director Micah Ginn (of UM Media and Documentary Projects) will talk about how to protect and convert your home movies to DVD, no matter what format they are in (8mm, VHS, Beta, etc.).
He will display footage from some of the home movies he has restored, demonstrating the techniques used for various formats, and will take questions about preservation and transfer.
