Beijing Institute of Technology School of Law Students are currently visiting Ole Miss!

It's a little known fact that our Ole Miss is the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air and Space Law. That's right, folks, it's the only one...in the nation.  The Center serves the public good and the remote sensing and space industry by addressing and conducting research, education and outreach activities related to the legal aspects of applying remote sensing, air, and space technologies to human activities.

On March 3, 2010, the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air, and Space Law will host a student research symposium comprised of top students from the Beijing Institute of Technology School of Law, the Harbin Institute of Technology School of Law and the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air, and Space Law at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Each participating institution has competitively selected their top three students to present their legal research at the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, MS.

If you see the students from China on campus - be sure to say hello!  Or in this case - ni hao!

If your head isn't all ready spinning from the knowlege that the University of Mississippi is the only university in the nation at which one can receive a certificate in space law, check out the rigorous agenda for this research symposium:
