Visited my friend Swayze while I was in Mississippi after the holidays, and she shared this pic of herself, in costume as an extra in The Help - filmed last summer in Greenwood, Mississippi!
Jondelyn Catlette ~ Owner of Delta Kints ~ and former seller at the Oxford Maker's Market!
Great gifts!
Organic Yarn!
Awesome organic yarn that reminded me of sushi!
I was so thrilled to finally see Delta Knits and to visit with Jondelyn I remember a year ago at the Maker's Market in Oxford when Jondelyn told me her plans to open her own shop. I was blown away by her determination and ambition! And to think it's only been a year and she's so established! Jondelyn's shop is truly worth the trip, whether you enjoy knitting or if you just enjoy buying handmade organic goods! She also sells purses and wallets by Namaste ~ a company dedicated to animal-friendly products. I even purchased a PVC-free, vegan faux leather wallet during my visit!
